SALES MANAGER

Two’s Company is seeking a dynamic, field-focused Sales Manager to elevate the success of our nationwide sales organization. This role blends coaching, data-driven management, and creative problem-solving to strengthen selling skills, accountability, and overall territory performance.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll partner closely with the VP of Sales to elevate performance, accountability, and growth across the Two’s Company sales organization. You’ll work in the field alongside Territory Managers, using data and hands-on coaching to strengthen selling skills and territory execution. You’ll foster a culture rooted in development, engagement, and high performance that drives consistent revenue growth.

Your day-to-day will include:

You’ll balance data-driven performance management, in-field coaching, and team development to support a high-performing sales culture.

  • Monitoring and tracking sales performance across all territories to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Analyzing sales data with the VP of Sales to spot trends and turn insights into action plans
  • Managing performance expectations and accountability for Territory Managers
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with Territory Managers to ensure progress on targets and territory objectives
  • Traveling with TMs for customer visits, in-field coaching, and execution support
  • Helping TMs optimize territory coverage, store visit efficiency, and in-store presentation strategies
  • Supporting onboarding and ongoing training, workshops, and coaching sessions for the sales team

Attending all company trade shows and supporting pre-show preparation and post-show follow-up activities​

What Makes You a Great Fit: 

You’re an experienced sales leader who loves coaching, uses data to drive decisions, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role in the wholesale gift and home industry
  • A collaborative, coaching-oriented leadership style that motivates and empowers teams
  • Strong track record of training and developing sales teams with clear accountability
  • Solid understanding of sales operations, reporting, and analytics
  • 3+ years in sales coordination, sales enablement, or sales management roles
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently (up to 40%) for field visits and trade shows
  • Ideally based in the Dallas or Atlanta areas, with the flexibility to support a nationwide sales team
